Welcome to the MOST exciting, MOST fun and MOST life-changing four years of your life. That’s what we believe about high school and how we do ministry here.
When you join the High School Ministry, you will get to experience new adventures. You will go on amazing mission trips, make incredible memories with friends, and dive deeper into the Word during our Sunday School hour and Youth Group after the Service on Sunday afternoons. You will also come face-to-face with the love of Jesus Christ and learn what it means walk with him daily. As a community, we live out when Christ said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10)
We know that High School is a pivotal time in a young person’s life. You are faced with all sorts of new challenges and struggles that oppose who Christ has called us to be. Through biblical teaching and life application, we want to unpack how you can live a Christ-centered life despite the temptations that come your way. We want to discuss how you can have Godly relationships with the opposite gender and help you to understand how you can serve and lay down your life as Christ did for us.
We will also help equip you to represent Christ in the classroom, in sports, in your communities, in your friend groups, and in your families. Come be a part of the High School Ministry at FPC where you will Serve, Grow and Bond in Christ.
Every Sunday at 9:30 am, we are on the third floor of the Williams Building. We will join the middle schoolers as we learn more about the gospel of Matthew and the different seasons in the life of the church. We always have donuts - join us to feed both your body and spirit!
Every 9th–12th Grader is invited to join on Sunday after church where they'll be with students of the same grade. Each youth group will include a meal and fellowship. These meetings are where we will focus on what it looks like to walk with Christ. We will study Scripture and reflect on the Christian life as a High School student, while we play games and hang out!
