First Presbyterian Church is proud to present renowned concert pianist, Pietro Iannotti, in a free concert in our sanctuary on February 12, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

Born in Salerno, Italy in 1979, Pietro has been studying piano since the age of five, and has performed publicly in recitals and with orchestras since he was nine. He received his diploma at the Conservatory G. Martucci of Salerno in 2001, and has been the recipient of two Master’s degrees each with the maximum votes and distinction. Additionally, Signor Iannotti has participated in and won numerous national and international competitions throughout Europe. He has been teaching for over sixteen years both in Italy and abroad, and many of his students have received awards in important piano competitions.

In March 2013, U.S. Homeland Security granted him an O1 visa which is given exclusively to individuals who possess extraordinary ability in the field of the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. This visa has allowed him to work in two music schools in Florida and to perform regularly in music festivals across America.

For his recital, Signor Iannotti will be playing selections by classical composers such as Beethoven, Brahms, Rachmaninov, Liszt and Chopin. For an afternoon of exceptional and inspiring entertainment, plan to join us as Pietro Iannotti performs in a free concert on February 12, 2017 at 4:00 p.m., First Presbyterian Church Jacksonville.  Contact the church office or (904) 354-8439 x 111 with any questions.
